Using KooDeck

KooDeck is a free educational game about how people adapt when rules change. By using it, you agree to these plain-language terms.

1. What KooDeck is

KooDeck is a set of browser games built on established cognitive-science paradigms (reversal learning, set-shifting, and spatial-memory span). It is provided free of charge for education and self-curiosity by [OPERATOR NAME]. It runs entirely in your browser and requires no account.

2. Not medical, diagnostic, or professional advice

KooDeck does not provide medical, psychological, or any other professional advice, and using it creates no professional relationship. The research it references was conducted in animal models and has not been shown to apply to people. Nothing KooDeck displays — including any index, band, chart, or "profile" — is a diagnosis, screening result, or measure of your health. Always seek a qualified professional for health concerns.

3. Acceptable use

You may play KooDeck, share links to it, and use it for personal or classroom learning. You agree not to:

• present KooDeck as a medical, diagnostic, or screening tool, or imply it can assess anyone's health;
• use it to evaluate, screen, or make decisions about other people (for hiring, care, custody, insurance, or similar);
• remove or obscure the "not a medical test" notices;
• misuse the site — for example by attempting to disrupt it, or by using it unlawfully.

4. Voluntary support (donations)

KooDeck may offer an optional "Support" button that lets you contribute toward hosting costs through Stripe. Contributions are voluntary tips, not purchases of any product or service, and are not tax-deductible donations unless a separate, clearly identified charitable entity states otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms; KooDeck never receives your card details. Contributions are generally non-refundable, though the operator may choose to honour reasonable requests.

5. Intellectual property
